We have a fantastic opportunity for a competent and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team. You’ll have line-management responsibility for contractors, engineers, and operatives. You’ll organise and schedule onsite activities associated with the maintenance, refurbishment and modification of traffic signals, ancillary equipment and highways systems. Your varied work will cover a full range of technologies and provide opportunities for teamwork, problem solving, learning and growth. Primarily this is a role that will cover our prestigious customer events and Supplementary Works and will involve close liaison with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- You’ll be Supporting the TTC Maintenance Team for all Ordered Maintenance within the TTC Contract for TFL
- Have a lead role in planning and delivering Events in North and Central London. This includes Royal, Military, State and Sporting events making this role at times high profile for Yunex.
- Managing Supplementary Works issued for North and Central London and ensuring these are all planned and delivered within timescales and budgetary guidelines
- Prepare detailed financial claims within defined timescales and ensure correct submissions leading to prompt payment
- Ensuring all employees, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders work safely for all Ordered maintenance works
- Assist in the delivery of other Maintenance related works including training
- Assist with managing the engineering team in all support functions
- Ensure stock is organised, booked accurately and available for any Ordered Maintenance works
- Monitor and promote health and safety practices and reporting within the team
Qualifications & Experience:
- You’ll be an experienced Traffic Signals Engineer with either or both Installation and Maintenance experience
- Have a strong customer focus and supportive of all stakeholders
- Have strong leadership and team management experience and enjoy motivating and educating others
- You’re co-operative, resourceful, willing to use your initiative as this role will require a lot of diplomacy at times being a focal liaison point for TFL and the Area Teams, the Royal Parks staff and at times Event organisers and the Met police.
- You're able to manage multiple complex tasks, staff and organise materials, employees and sub-contractors
- You are accurate, reliable and enjoy getting things right first time
- You’re able to communicate clearly, work well with others, and promote good team morale
- You’re confident working with IT equipment include a tablet and laptop and can learn new software
- Must hold full UK Driving License and we provide a company vehicle and tools for the job
- You enjoy working outside and at heights and have a strong understanding of safe working practices
