Job Description

We are currently seeking a Building & Engineering Supervisor to join our team. We’re not just looking for qualifications—we seek individuals with character, skills, and a passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences. Anticipating guest needs, supporting your department, and delivering "wow" every time are our guiding principles.

As a Building & Engineering Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our properties consistently exceed expectations, creating memorable moments for guests through proactive, ongoing improvement.

  • Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards
  • Proactively enhances guest satisfaction by delivering timely, positive responses to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Manages maintenance teams to achieve departmental goals, driving a culture of growth, development, and performance
  • Oversees the departmental budget, ensuring cost and inventory control while maintaining productivity and high performance levels
  • Builds strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Deploys an effective planned preventative maintenance programme, covering maintenance, environmental, and conservation priorities

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in property maintenance, including excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong managerial leadership, with a hands-on approach and the ability to set an example through work ethic
  • A p periods of formalised training in.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service, with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to offer creative solutions, provide advice, and give well-reasoned recommendations

Role Location: Radisson Red Liverpool Compensation: Up to GBP £28,500 per year
