Maintenance Supervisor
Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.

Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor to be based in our London office.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Desk Moves process and update desk tracker
- Working in conjunction with IT department for desk set ups
- To carry out repairs and general maintenance of the London office’s
- Logging and reporting all technical faults and arranging all office equipment fixtures and fittings
- Office porterage as required including office moves, furniture moves, deliveries and collections
- Weekly completion and upload of completed work orders and PPMs, you will oversee this delivery
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment stock levels and to advise the Facilities Support team of ordering requirements
- Maintaining an effective key management system such as CCTV, Television Systems, BMS, Access Control, etc
- Building close relationships with Tradition’s support services to ensure the smooth running of the premises
- Electrical bias required for small repairs and PAT testing
- Supervise and assist third party suppliers on delivery of key maintenance requirements
- Implementation of Health and safety (compliance) checks and data-recording including weekly fire alarms checks
- To be on-call and respond to emergencies as and when required (some weekend works required)
- Keep an up to date log of all events and incidents to ensure sufficient handover to colleagues
- Fostering a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that encourages

Key Skills and Experience Required
- Knowledge of building services
- H&S Experience
- Electrical Bias
- Experience of working in an FM organisation
- Experience with digital records and uploading
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and effective time management skills
- Strong eye for detail
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team and adjust work roles to suit changing service demands
