Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor at SUSHISAMBA® and Duck & Waffle is an important role for the operation of our two restaurants and shared services areas.
Requirements
- Assist the Head of Facilities to help ensure the day to day maintenance of our restaurants is maintained
- Responds to engineering and maintenance concerns
- Performs and/or monitors reactive maintenance, planned works and PPM
- Responds to all building related safety concerns
- Maintains the departmental compliance with company maintenance procedures
- Supports company departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
- Assists in the supervision of temporary maintenance contractors
- Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations
- Maintain all areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained site
- Must possess knowledgeable of basic hand/power tool operation
- Previous restaurant or hotel maintenance supervisor experience
- At least 2/3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Should have an understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
- Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site
