Maintenance Supervisor (Days)
Salary: from £44,571.39 per annum (potential to earn further allowances up to 8,000 for Authorised Person duties)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week 7am - 4pm
Location: Cheltenham

What You'll Do
- Effective Coordination: Responsible for the effective coordination of all site Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive works for the Engineer Day Team, acting as a key point of contact for personnel.
- Supervision: Supervise on-site maintenance staff performing PPM and reactive works.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all planned maintenance is completed per site SLAs, maintain statutory compliance, undertake safety checks, and issue Permits as required.
- Reactive Works: Assign and prioritise reactive works in a timely manner to minimise impact on building operation.
- Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Respond to defects, faults, and client requests, providing excellent customer service. Work with others to identify and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- HR and Development: Address all HR issues for direct reports (involving line manager/HR where appropriate), undertake development reviews, and coach/train team members.
- Performance and Innovation: Review productivity and drive innovation and quality within service delivery.
- Hard FM Responsibility: Responsible for the safe and efficient performance of Hard FM delivery within the Day Staff team.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain day-to-day contact with client representatives and act as a G4S ambassador in all interactions.
- Corporate Support: Support audit requirements, identify training/development to meet corporate objectives, and define succession plans.

What You'll Need
- Technical Expertise: NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical bias
- Previous experience in Facilities Management
- Supervisor Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and delegate effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.
- Mandatory Requirement: Requires DV clearance.
Desirable Skills And Qualifications
- Experience of monitoring and managing of BMS systems
- IOSH Managing safely certification
- AP in their trained discipline with experience of isolation procedures
