We’re looking for a hands-on Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing real estate company.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Maintenance and the wider operations team, helping to look after a residential portfolio of around 1,500 units. The buildings are managed in-house by our maintenance team, so a key part of the role will be supervising, supporting and training the engineers.
This is a varied role with plenty of autonomy, support and long-term career development, especially as the company has a pipeline of around 4,000 new apartments.
The Role
As Residential Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll help make sure our residential buildings are well maintained, repairs are dealt with quickly, and residents receive a good level of service. You’ll also be expected to work hands-on when needed, leading by example and helping the team complete jobs to a high standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
