Maintenance Surveyor (LCC & PPM) – Strategic Client Advisory Role
Milton Keynes (Client Site Based and Hybrid Working available)
£30,000 - £50,000 (negotiable) + Bonus + Car Allowance

Pinders is seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team, supporting a key client portfolio through Lifecycle Costing (LCC), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), asset management planning and strategic property advice.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a core client, developing a detailed understanding of their retirement property portfolio and becoming a trusted advisor on all aspects of property maintenance, performance, and investment planning. Alongside supporting an established client relationship, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the service and wider business.
We're looking for a technically capable property professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, solving property challenges, and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
About the Role
Working closely with clients and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in helping organizations understand, maintain, and improve their property assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking property inspections and condition assessments
- Preparing and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes
- Producing detailed Lifecycle Costing (LCC) reports and asset replacement strategies
- Advising on maintenance liabilities and future capital expenditure requirements
- Developing long-term asset management and budget planning strategies
- Acting as a trusted property advisor to clients
- Project design, specification, and procurement
- Managing refurbishment, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitoring project delivery, costs, and programme performance
- Providing professional advice on a wide range of property-related matters.

This is a highly visible and client-facing role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the management and performance of property assets.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from experienced surveyors and property professionals with strong technical and client-facing skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience completing LCC and PPM surveys
- Experience preparing Lifecycle Costings and planned maintenance programmes
- Strong property inspection and condition assessment experience
- Experience managing refurbishment or maintenance projects
- Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and project delivery
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware approach
- Full UK driving licence.
RICS or MCIOB qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential. We are far more interested in practical experience, technical capability, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
