Mantenimiento Inspector – Cumbria
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, dependant upon qualifications and experience Hours: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw) Location: Covering a patch in Cumbria Note: Company Supported (CoS) may not be available for this role

Key responsibilities
- Inspect properties and oversee repair work across your patch
- Provide technical advice to contractors
- Investigate damp, mould, and disrepair cases
- Coordinate building works, ensuring timely completion and compliance
- Streamline preparations for empty property re-lets

Required qualifications and experience
- DipHE/HNC/HND/Degree in Surveying or Construction
- Or membership in the MCIOB
- Hands-on knowledge of damp, mould, and property pathology, including:
- PCAQT qualification
- HHSRS certification (or willingness to gain both)
- Expertise in:
- Diagnosing property issues
- Specifying remedial solutions
- Assessing subsidence risk
- Proven track record in:
- Managing trades/businesses
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
