Maintenance Team Leader
Maintenance Team Leader (Electrical Bias)

Wakefield
Contract Details
- Hours: Week 1–3: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm/9am – 5pm Week 4: Monday to Friday 4pm – 12am
- Salary: Up to £47,000
Job Responsibilities
- Leading a team of 13 technicians
- Responsible for shift handovers, work allocation, and supporting technicians
- Planning and allocating daily maintenance work, ensuring efficient resource use
- Ensuring all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety procedures
- Issuing and managing permits for employees and contractors
- Planning and managing maintenance workloads, including contractor activity on site
- Supporting technicians with reactive breakdowns

Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum recognised Level 3 electrical qualification
Experience
- Experience working with automation and robotics machinery
- Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge
