The role…
We are looking for a Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Southampton Harbour Hotel.
This is a hands-on role supporting the upkeep and presentation of the hotel to the highest standards. You will take pride in ensuring all areas of the property are well maintained, safe and consistently guest-ready.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out painting and decorating across bedrooms and public areas
- Supporting with general maintenance tasks (basic plumbing, electrical, repairs)
- Responding to maintenance issues promptly and effectively
- Assisting with preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Working closely with all departments to maintain a seamless guest experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a similar maintenance or hotel environment (2+ years preferred)
- Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- Is organised, reliable and proactive
- Is flexible and willing to support across all areas of maintenance
- Understands the importance of standards in a luxury hospitality environment
