Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing (GMP Environment)
Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment:
- Diagnose faults and complete effective breakdown repairs
- Ensure all work complies with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records in CMMS systems
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Work closely with production and QA on shift
Requirements
Required:
- NVQ Level 3 or completed apprenticeship in Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering
- Experience in GMP/regulated manufacturing (preferably pharma)
- Strong fault-finding across mechanical & electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in a shift environment

Desirable:
- HNC/HND or equivalent relevant qualification
