Why Ocado?

Here at Ocado Logistics it’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience for our partners, developing groundbreaking technology, opening multiple sites at an accelerating rate and engaging in exciting new business partnerships around the world - changing the way the world shops, for good.

At the same time delivering bags of possibilities for our employees and a career that will ensure no two days are ever the same.

About the role:

Both behind the scenes within the warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience which means we now have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join the team.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Operations team at CFC Dordon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, automated environment and takes pride in being proactive, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead of potential issues.

You’ll play a vital role in keeping our automated facility running at peak performance, working closely with Inbound, Outbound and wider support teams to maximise availability, reliability and safety across the site.

This role operates on day shifts, 4 days per week, supporting our continuous operation model and offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
