Role Overview
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Support mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance activities as required
- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team and report to the Engineering Manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment reliability and production efficiency

About You
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in either mechanical or electrical engineering who is ready to take the next step in their career.
We welcome candidates with a background in manufacturing who are eager for a new challenge and have experience in both planned and reactive maintenance roles.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to root cause analysis and problem-solving, possess excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, and be a true team player who is keen to learn from others, share knowledge, and support the wider team.
