Responsibilities
Here’s what your role entails:
- Respond to guest repair requests promptly and efficiently.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery visually to ensure functionality.
- Carry and operate equipment, including tools and radios.
- Identify and operate shut-off valves as needed.
- Maintain inventory systems, requisitioning parts and supplies.
- Record unfinished tasks before shift changes.
- Follow safety and security policies and report issues or hazards.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team-wide goals.

Safety and Company Policies
Must adhere to all protocols, including:
- Reporting maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Completing safety training and certifications.
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicating with clear, professional language.
- Supporting a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
- Ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
