Maintenance Technician – Role Overview


About the Team

Our team specializes in working with large, diverse equipment and machinery, operating with a dedicated workforce of 30 technicians across a 3-shift rotational pattern—10 technicians per shift—to ensure 24/7 productivity and support.

We value a diverse mix of experience, from seasoned professionals to emerging talents, fostering a learning environment where junior technicians develop alongside veterans. This exchange keeps a Continuous Improvement mindset alive, enhancing skill development and efficiency.

  • Installation, repair, development, and maintenance of machinery and assembly line equipment
  • Daily reporting of completed work tasks
  • Spare parts stock control, including identifying and requesting replacements
  • Ensuring workshop/equipment and tool cleanliness
  • Documenting and investigating root causes of machine breakdowns (using online systems)
  • Strict adherence to Health & Safety, including Environmental Safety Awareness at all times

Profile Requirements

Qualifications
  • ONC or HNC in a relevant field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with automotive and electronics expertise
Technical Skills
  • Electrical/Mechanical fault-finding capabilities
  • Strong root cause analysis fundamentals
  • PC literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
