Maintenance Technician – Role Overview
About the Team
Our team specializes in working with large, diverse equipment and machinery, operating with a dedicated workforce of 30 technicians across a 3-shift rotational pattern—10 technicians per shift—to ensure 24/7 productivity and support.
We value a diverse mix of experience, from seasoned professionals to emerging talents, fostering a learning environment where junior technicians develop alongside veterans. This exchange keeps a Continuous Improvement mindset alive, enhancing skill development and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will primarily be responsible for:

- Installation, repair, development, and maintenance of machinery and assembly line equipment
- Daily reporting of completed work tasks
- Spare parts stock control, including identifying and requesting replacements
- Ensuring workshop/equipment and tool cleanliness
- Documenting and investigating root causes of machine breakdowns (using online systems)
- Strict adherence to Health & Safety, including Environmental Safety Awareness at all times
Profile Requirements
Qualifications
- ONC or HNC in a relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with automotive and electronics expertise
Technical Skills
- Electrical/Mechanical fault-finding capabilities
- Strong root cause analysis fundamentals
- PC literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
