Our client is a leading manufacturer of everyday consumer products and is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the addition of a Maintenance Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that continues to invest in its people, technology, and manufacturing processes.
The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently. You'll carry out both mechanical and electrical maintenance, helping to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance across all production operations.
- Maintain and repair a range of automated machinery, robotics, conveyor systems, and associated equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve faults involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Assist production teams with machine faults, equipment set-ups, and provide operator support where required.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
