Horticultural Maintenance Technician – Help Leaflike Care for Exceptional Green Spaces
£30,000–£35,000 per year | Full-Time (or part-time flexibility) | Based Across Greater London
Location
Head Office (Didcot, Oxon, OX11 7WB) + primary travel throughout Greater London

As a Horticultural Maintenance Technician, you’ll maintain these spaces with hands-on expertise, joining a supportive, family-run team that values quality, collaboration, and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain varied plant displays in top-tier London and Southeast venues.
- Perform regular watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning, and replacements.
- Diagnose and resolve plant health issues with expertise.
- Daily travel to client sites (driving company vans).
- Professional representation of Leaflike and client relations.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Hands-on horticultural maintenance experience.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently with a practical, proactive approach.
- Clean UK driving licence (London suitable).
- Willingness to handle early starts and regular travel.
✅ Preferred:
- Living near Oxfordshire or Central London (regular head-office visits not obligatory).
