Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias)
Location: Barton Under Needwood (DE13 8BX) | UK | Employment Type: Full Time Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm

Your Mission
Your primary goal is to maintain and repair factory equipment in line with technical and operational standards, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance/repair across factory equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance based on machine-specific prescriptions.
- Adjust systems to meet functional parameters (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).

Operational Excellence:
- Prepare technical inspection reports and report findings to supervisors.
- Replace defective components with substitute spare parts, verifying assembly correctness through suitable tools.
- Monitor compressor rooms, pumps, and chillers—maintaining and repairing them as needed.

Precision & Compliance:
- Use tools, testing instruments, and schematics to ensure fit, function, and maintenance adherence.
- Ensure all operations comply with technical parameters and standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Proven track record in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing (electrical or mechanical bias preferred).
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical failures swiftly and safely.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems (and their schematics).
- Technical Documentation: Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints.
- Preventative Mindset: Commitment to proactive maintenance and process improvements.
- Safety & Collaboration: Aligns with Antolin’s health, safety, and quality standards. Works well across production and engineering teams.
- Flexibility: Availability for shift work, overtime, or breakdown response.
- Certifications: Qualifications or certifications in engineering or electrical maintenance are advantageous.
