About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Facilities / Maintenance Technician with a strong plumbing and mechanical background to join our maintenance team.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the upkeep and improvement of our buildings, facilities, and production areas. You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing, mechanical systems, building services, and general site infrastructure, ensuring our facilities remain safe, reliable, and efficient.

We’re seeking someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, takes ownership of maintenance issues, and can work independently while supporting the wider business.

  • Support the maintenance of heating, ventilation, pumps, valves, and mechanical building services
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance across the site
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and carry out practical repairs
  • Perform general building maintenance, including painting, minor joinery, and basic electrical tasks
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors working on site
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues before they become larger problems
  • Support production areas with maintenance and facilities requirements
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site and facilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
