If you want to do more because you care, we’d love to talk to you. There really is something for everyone here.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Are you ready to play a key role in renewable energy, environmental sustainability, and asset reliability?

Then Join Our Team as an Electrical Maintainer for Leicester and Derby covering the following sites:

  • Claymills STF
  • Derby STF
  • Stoke Bardolph STF
  • Wanlip STF (Base Location)

As an Electrical Maintainer, you’ll be a valued member of a high-performing Bioresources team, supporting sludge treatment, renewable energy generation, and the production of high-quality biosolids. Your work will directly support Severn Trent’s carbon reduction commitments and help maintain trusted relationships with the agricultural community.

The Bioresources Operational Team operates, maintains, and optimises sludge treatment sites across the region, maximising green energy generation through biomethane gas and electricity. The team also ensures biosolids are produced in line with the Biosolids Assurance Scheme and Farming Rules for Water.

You’ll be responsible for the proactive and reactive maintenance of electrical and control systems, ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental and safety regulations. You’ll also support electrical safety standards to protect colleagues and maximise process performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
