Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician

LSH Auto is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our high-performance team at our leading Mercedes Benz dealership in Birmingham. You will play a critical role in ensuring our luxury vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, combining your technical skills with a commitment to customer service excellence.

Welcome Bonus: £2000 Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £30,700 including OTE bonus £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive maintenance, servicing, and repair of Mercedes Benz vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose vehicle performance issues and execute necessary repairs.
  • Replace parts, lubricants, and consumables, maintaining clear records of usage.
  • Ensure your workspace is clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Provide detailed reports on vehicle conditions and future service needs.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (required).
  • A willingness to pursue further qualifications, particularly in electric vehicle technology.
