Major Incident Manager

Location: Leeds
Contract: Inside IR35 - 6 months

We're seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a large enterprise environment operating within a SIAM and multi-supplier model.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of SIAM and multi-supplier governance.
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level communications during major incidents.
  • Experience running Major Incident Reviews and Problem Management follow-ups.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal onboarding.
  • Track record of driving service improvement and process maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate major incidents through to resolution.
  • Manage communications with senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Facilitate incident reviews and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
  • Drive accountability across internal teams and third-party suppliers.
