Join the Trinny London team as a Makeup Artist and play a vital role in our mission to redefine beauty across the globe.
You’ll work directly with customers to deliver personalised consultations, applying our stackable, portable makeup products and award-winning skincare line with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, engage, and consult customers to provide exceptional, tailored beauty services
- Deliver personalised makeup consultations, including the Match2Me experience
- Recommend and demonstrate Trinny London products to enhance customers’ natural beauty
- Manage appointments (pre-booked sessions and walk-ins) with professional efficiency
- Exceed sales targets by proactively promoting products and verifying customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing station
- Stay updated on latest makeup and skincare trends to refine artistry and product expertise

Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
- Retail experience, ideally within beauty or cosmetics (preferred but not essential)
- A strong passion for makeup and skincare—your skills and enthusiasm can’t be mistaken!
- Capacity to build and manage customer relationships effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Adaptable, positive, and resourceful attitude
- Motivated to meet and surpass sales targets
- Flexible availability, including events and holidays when needed
- Interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
