About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Make-Up Artist to join our WIN News team. This role is responsible for ensuring our News Presenters and Journalists are professionally prepared for on-air appearances through the application of high-quality make-up suited to broadcast television.
Working in a fast-paced newsroom environment, you will exercise sound judgement in selecting the appropriate products, techniques and tools to achieve a polished on-air presentation. You will also provide make-up services for other employees and representatives of the business when required, maintain the make-up room and equipment, manage stock levels and order supplies, and provide guidance to presenters and journalists on make-up application where appropriate.

About you:
To be the successful candidate, you will have:
- Professional experience as a Make-Up Artist, ideally within television, media, photography or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of make-up application techniques suitable for high-definition television and studio lighting.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage stock levels and maintain equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across the newsroom.
- A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to changing production schedules.
