Job Description

Morning, Evening Weekdays and Weekends (Flexible Working Hours)

Are you looking for a new, exciting career in 2026? We are looking for a Male Care Professional, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide personal care to our female customers and a variety of non-medical services to help them keep clients independent in their own home.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Companionship
  • Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
  • Meal preparation and light housework
  • Building strong professional relationships
  • Assistance with personal care and taking medications

What Does Being a Caregiver Involve?

  • Minimum 1-hour visits
  • Introductions to all new clients
  • Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests.
  • Visiting the same clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are needed for this role. Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous, however, not essential as full training and ongoing support is provided as standard. We are the only care company to be awarded two Princess Royal Training Awards for our Alzheimer’s and dementia training, which is City & Guilds accredited.
