- Location: Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster, Battersea, Fulham, Maida Vale, Mayfair, Lambeth, and Wandsworth

What is Domiciliary Care?
Domiciliary care is provided in the client’s home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care based on the client’s specific diagnosis and needs, including:
- Care delivery: Following personalised care plans
- Personal assistance: Support with daily activities, hygiene, and mobility
- Specialised care: Enteral feeding, tracheostomy, catheter, or stoma care may be required
- Emotional & spiritual support: Understanding and addressing the client’s broader well-being
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records via our care management app

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Communicating effectively with clients and building strong, lasting relationships
- Collaborating with our Head Office support team to ensure the best service quality
- Adhering to health & safety policies and company protocols
- Recording detailed care accounts after each shift
What the Role Entails
As a Draycott carer, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live independently in their own homes:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
- Support with meal preparation and serving
- Aid in daily activities and care plans
- Offer compassionate and respectful assistance

Experience & Requirements
We seek candidates with:

- A minimum of 6–12 months’ professional care experience
- Flexible availability to meet clients’ diverse scheduling needs
- Experience in complex care is highly desirable
