  • Salary: Various, based on shifts
  • Location: Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster, Battersea, Fulham, Maida Vale, Mayfair, Lambeth, and Wandsworth

What is Domiciliary Care?

Domiciliary care is provided in the client’s home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care based on the client’s specific diagnosis and needs, including:

  • Care delivery: Following personalised care plans
  • Personal assistance: Support with daily activities, hygiene, and mobility
  • Specialised care: Enteral feeding, tracheostomy, catheter, or stoma care may be required
  • Emotional & spiritual support: Understanding and addressing the client’s broader well-being
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records via our care management app

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Communicating effectively with clients and building strong, lasting relationships
  • Collaborating with our Head Office support team to ensure the best service quality
  • Adhering to health & safety policies and company protocols
  • Recording detailed care accounts after each shift

What the Role Entails

As a Draycott carer, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live independently in their own homes:

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
  • Support with meal preparation and serving
  • Aid in daily activities and care plans
  • Offer compassionate and respectful assistance

  • A minimum of 6–12 months’ professional care experience
  • Flexible availability to meet clients’ diverse scheduling needs
  • Experience in complex care is highly desirable
