About the Role
This is a Male-only Clean Team Member role for male changing rooms—scheduled under Exemption claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9. This is in no way intended to prejudice any other candidate.

Within the Nuffield Clean Team, you’ll work across our gym, managing your time efficiently under the supervision of a Team Leader to ensure services remain uninterrupted. You’ll use state-of-the-art cleanling equipment and participate in training focused on ** høj-standards cleaning techniques**.

Responsibilities
As a Clean Team Member, your key tasks will include:
- Cleaning and preparing a range of areas (including gyms, changing rooms, showers, and poolside spaces).
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by striving to maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe environment.
- Taking extra pride in your work to meet high standards.
- If you bring prior experience, you’ll be expected to stay well-organized, systematise cleaning processes, and ensure thorough compliance.
- Operating equipment safely, such as:
- Scrubber dryers
- Rotary machines
- Carpet cleaners
- Managing a variety of tasks, including:
- Waste removal
- Periodic deep cleaning
