This isn't your average care role. One day you could be supporting at MMA training, the next exploring the Welsh countryside with three energetic dogs or heading out on spontaneous adventures.
Shift Pattern
- 11am - 5pm shifts
- Alternate weekends included
- Regular rolling rota
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

What You'll Do
- Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
- Encourage independence, confidence, and fun
- Support daily activities, outings, and hobbies
- Build a trusted, consistent relationship with the client
About You
- Compassionate, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable around dogs and outdoor activities
- A confident driver with a full UK licence
- Someone who brings positivity and humour to every day
