REESON Education are recruiting for a male support worker in a special needs college in Hackney.

As a support worker you will be assisting pupils with their day to day needs in both the class room and the community. There are permanent roles available for the right people.

Are you looking for your next role working with young adults with special needs or a change in career and a feel-good reward? If so, then we would love to hear from you.

Support Worker experience is preferred but not essential

  • You must be able to commute to Hackney easily
  • You must be able to work Monday to Friday: term time only and have no visa restriction.

We’re looking for Support Workers to work with the college supporting young adults who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge. The school has various services in the area including other campuses. As a support worker you will be based in the Hackney site but there will be the opportunity to transfer if that is something you want later in time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
