Support Worker – Social Care Team

Your Role as a Support Worker

Community Integrated Care values human connection above all else. While professional experience qualifies many applicants, we’re equally excited to hire:

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany individuals (1:1 or 1:2 support) for:
    • Daily activities (local outings, arts & crafts, outings for coffee or dining, community exploration).
    • Personal care and maintenance of dignity.
  • Safe and empathetic working style—practical support coupled with emotional intelligence.
  • Flexible shift attendance (including wake nights): Available shifts include:
    • Day shifts: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
    • Affording Tusdays & Thursdays: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Evenings: 9:00 am – 5:00 am (wake night shift).
  • Shift structures: Always staffed with two trained personnel on duty to meet safety and innovation needs.
