What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll help people with a variety of needs including learning disabilities and mental health problems live independently both at home and in the community.

No two days are the same, but you could be:

  • Supporting with shopping and everyday errands
  • Accompanying him on outings and community activities
  • Helping with cooking, cleaning and household tasks
  • Providing personal care and practical support
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence
  • Supporting physical health and wellbeing

Most importantly, you'll help someone live the life they choose.
