Job Title: Senior Radiographer / Mammographer
Location: Exeter, Devon
Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time – 36 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum
Role Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Mammographer to join a modern Breast Screening service in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality breast screening and assessment services while contributing to the early detection and diagnosis of breast disease.
Key Requirements
- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC Registered Radiographer
- Recognised Postgraduate Certificate in Mammography
- Experience working within a breast screening and/or assessment environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality screening and assessment mammography examinations
- Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest clinical standards
- Work collaboratively with Radiologists, Breast Clinicians and Radiography colleagues
- Support early diagnosis through accurate imaging and patient assessment
- Assist with mentoring and supporting Assistant Practitioners where appropriate
- Contribute to service development and continuous quality improvement
