As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Managed Service Consultant / Senior Salesforce Administrator who can bring their technical expertise and customer service skills to our Managed Service clients.
The Role
AspireCRM are looking for a Salesforce Managed Service Analyst/Senior Salesforce Administrator who will be experienced in providing day to day operational support and development to an established base of Salesforce users. AspireCRM are an exciting Salesforce consulting partner working with a range of organisations across the UK to deliver exciting Salesforce implementations and solutions.
What You'll Do
As a Salesforce Managed Service Analyst you will be responsible for providing operational support to AspireCRM’s customer base and their respective Salesforce implementations, within defined SLA periods. You will take complete ownership of all investigating, analysing, planning and implementation of support requests including bug fixes, queries and small scale development requests.

As the Salesforce Managed Service Analyst within the business you will be engaged directly with AspireCRM existing customers over a number of channels including, email, phone, Salesforce Experience Cloud and other messaging systems. You will be working closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure close adherence to customer managed service agreements and also liaise with other team members working with the customer.
What You'll Bring
- A strong interest in Salesforce and its products
- Previous experience providing Salesforce support
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud as a minimum
- Knowledge or experience in configuring Omniscript
- Excellent core configuration skills (Objects, fields, flows and permissions)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Have the ability to conduct impact analysis on proposed solutions/fixes
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills
- Building relationships with stakeholders and peers
- Proficient with Office applications
- Good time management skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator 201
- Higher Education level qualifications

Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement (highly desired)
- Basic Apex/Coding skills (minimum to be able to read/understand Apex classes, LWCs etc)
- Experience with Salesforce Non-profit Cloud
- Prior partner / consultancy experience
