Managed Services Solutions Architect

Location: London
Salary: £85,000 - £103,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 10-15% bonus

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Solutions Architect to join a leading consulting organisation, supporting the design and delivery of complex managed service solutions for public sector clients. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology strategy, service design, and operational transformation, helping organisations shape future operating models and deliver scalable, secure, and effective services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managed services architecture, with experience designing solutions across large-scale transformation programmes. You will work closely with clients, delivery teams, and technical specialists to define service models, develop solution designs, and support the transition of services into operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end managed service solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Lead the creation of solution architectures, operating models, service designs, and transition strategies.
  • Work with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to define future-state service capabilities.
  • Support bids, proposals, and client engagements by providing technical leadership and solution input.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, deliverable managed service solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, commercially viable, and aligned with industry best practice.
  • Support public sector clients through technology-enabled business transformation and service improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
