Management Accountant
Management Accountant (Temp to Perm) – International Consulting Business
Looking for a motivated Management Accountant to join a growing international consulting business for a 6-month temp-to-perm contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career while gaining exposure across UK and global finance operations.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, you will support financial and management reporting, analysis, budgeting, and business partnering in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities, including journals, variance analysis, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and performance analysis.
- Monitor results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
- Manage the expenses process and support cash collection activities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements.

Skills & Experience
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification (or studying towards one).
- Xero system experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using accounting systems.
- Experience with Power BI or Power Automate is desirable.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
