What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an ambitious finance professional who may be:
- Newly qualified (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Part-qualified, actively progressing your studies
- Qualified by experience in a similar finance role
- Making your first move from practice into industry
- Passionate about continuous improvement and commercial finance development
Essential skills and experience include:
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero)
- Understanding of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of audit, payroll, VAT, and financial compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- (Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential)
