What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an ambitious finance professional who may be:

  • Newly qualified (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Part-qualified, actively progressing your studies
  • Qualified by experience in a similar finance role
  • Making your first move from practice into industry
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and commercial finance development

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero)
  • Understanding of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge of audit, payroll, VAT, and financial compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • (Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential)
