Management Accountant
Anderson Knight are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Management Accountant to play a key role within our clients' growing Finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to contribute to a dynamic and evolving business.
You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports strategic and operational decision-making across the Group. Alongside maintaining strong financial controls and governance, you will act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across the business, helping drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
This role offers genuine exposure across multiple group entities and the opportunity to influence both financial and operational outcomes in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Translate complex financial information into clear, meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Support operational and commercial teams with analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Produce accurate and timely management accounts and financial reporting across the Group
- Ensure robust processes are maintained around accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and year-end reporting processes
- Assist with external audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls and governance
- Contribute to finance transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and financial visibility

About You
We are looking for a proactive, commercially aware finance professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA/CA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including:
- Accruals
- Prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Intercompany accounting
- Financial controls
- Experience partnering with operational, commercial, or procurement teams
- Previous involvement in external audit processes
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
