Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join The Travel Corporation and support financial management and reporting across Travel Corporation Asia and TCA Hong Kong.
This is a key finance role within an international, multi-currency environment. You will support accurate management reporting, robust forecasting, cash-flow visibility, intercompany integrity, and audit readiness.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance leadership and regional stakeholders to ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and meaningful for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
  • Completing month-end journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance-sheet reconciliations
  • Conducting P&L reviews, variance analysis, and monthly reporting
  • Reviewing the general ledger and maintaining manual journal controls
  • Managing banking activities, supplier payments, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
  • Supporting FX transactions, multi-currency reporting, and FX gain-and-loss calculations
  • Managing intercompany recharges, reconciliations, and overseas sales-office expenses
  • Supporting audits, statutory reporting, and wider financial-control activities

What We Are Looking For

  • An ACCA qualification, ideally with three to five years of post-qualified experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in month-end processes, general-ledger accounting, and management accounting
  • Experience preparing journals, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting packs
  • Exposure to cash flow, FX, multi-currency accounting, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working to deadlines within a structured finance environment
  • Oracle experience, which would be advantageous
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills, which would be highly beneficial

This is a hybrid position based in London.
