About the Job
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Management Accountant to join a busy finance team supporting UK and European operations. This varied role offers responsibility for management reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering within a complex international organisation. This is a fully office-based position in Slough, working 9:00am–6:00pm to support collaboration with the US parent company.

Duties will include:
- Producing monthly management accounts and supporting financial reporting packs.
- Preparing consolidated reporting across multiple UK and European entities.
- Analysing financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities.
- Managing intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Monitoring capital expenditure and fixed asset reporting.
- Assisting with VAT, statutory reporting, and audit preparation.
- Maintaining strong financial controls and supporting month-end processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies.
About the Successful Applicant

You will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or an experienced part-qualified accountant, with previous experience within a complex multi-entity environment. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to build relationships across international teams are essential. You will be organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fully office-based role.
You must have management accounting experience and advanced Excel skills - these will be tested.
