Management Accountant
Location: London
Salary: Up to £68,000 + Bonus
This is a senior Management Accountant opportunity with a successful international organisation experiencing continued growth. The role combines financial reporting, business partnering, commercial analysis, team leadership, and strategic finance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts.
- Produce and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare board-level reporting and performance analysis.
- Business partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Review accounting work and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Authorise payments and oversee key financial transactions.
- Manage and review client invoicing processes.
- Provide analysis on profitability, costs, and business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including systems and process enhancements.
- Support strategic finance projects and wider business initiatives.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making.

Candidate Profile
- ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally with post-qualified industry experience.
- Previous experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong ERP systems knowledge, ideally Sage X3.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to combine technical accounting expertise with commercial insight.
