Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, North Wales based, niche services organisation as they look to recruit a Management Accountant to join their Finance Team.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and well-rounded Management Accountant looking to take on a hands-on role with a real opportunity to add value and improve processes.
Salary/benefits:
- £40-50,000 pa
- 1 day from home per week
Job Duties:
- Monthly journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed asset registers, calculating and recording monthly depreciation
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with analysis and variance reporting
- Analyse financial performance, including variances against budgets and forecasts
- Cost analysis with commentary
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations, investigating variances
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns for submission
- Recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and reporting

Ideal experience:
- Proven experience as a management accountant, financial analyst, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
- SAP experience ideal but not essential
- Very strong Excel knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
