Role Description
This is a full time, remote Management Accountant role. Responsibilities include:

- Month End accounts
- Product costings
- Year End
- Cashflow
- Sage Software
- Sales ledger and credit control management
- Banks & Cash
- Purchase ledger management
- VAT
- Payroll and staff expense claims
- System interfaces – ERP Online Selling Sites (Shopify, TikTok)
- Willingness to improve existing processes and procedures to drive efficiencies as the business scales
- Reporting to the CFO.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with experience in management accounting and financial control.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including management accounts and statutory reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations.
- Relevant professional qualification or progress toward ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, or equivalent experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team environment.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or food and beverage sectors is beneficial, along with an interest in health, wellness, or nutrition.
