Role Description

This is a full time, remote Management Accountant role. Responsibilities include:

  • Willingness to improve existing processes and procedures to drive efficiencies as the business scales
  • Reporting to the CFO.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with experience in management accounting and financial control.

  • Expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including management accounts and statutory reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations.
  • Relevant professional qualification or progress toward ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, or equivalent experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team environment.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or food and beverage sectors is beneficial, along with an interest in health, wellness, or nutrition.
