Management Accountant

The Opportunity

Reporting into a Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of a business area while working closely with operational and commercial teams across the organisation.

This is a varied role combining strong financial reporting with genuine commercial insight, making it an excellent platform for someone looking to accelerate their career.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Partnering with operational managers to understand business performance
  • Producing insightful analysis to support strategic decision making
  • Improving financial processes and reporting
  • Supporting business planning and commercial initiatives
  • Assisting with year-end and audit requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve controls and efficiencies

About You

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially curious and eager to continue developing their career.

You'll ideally have:

  • Newly or recently qualified CIMA or ACCA
  • Previous experience within management accounts or commercial finance
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability
  • The confidence to communicate with stakeholders across the business
  • A proactive approach with a desire to improve processes
  • The ambition to build a long-term career within a growing finance function
