The Opportunity
Reporting into a Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of a business area while working closely with operational and commercial teams across the organisation.
This is a varied role combining strong financial reporting with genuine commercial insight, making it an excellent platform for someone looking to accelerate their career.
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Partnering with operational managers to understand business performance
- Producing insightful analysis to support strategic decision making
- Improving financial processes and reporting
- Supporting business planning and commercial initiatives
- Assisting with year-end and audit requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve controls and efficiencies

About You
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially curious and eager to continue developing their career.
You'll ideally have:
- Newly or recently qualified CIMA or ACCA
- Previous experience within management accounts or commercial finance
- Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- The confidence to communicate with stakeholders across the business
- A proactive approach with a desire to improve processes
- The ambition to build a long-term career within a growing finance function
