  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to ensure budget adherence and cost management.
  • Assist with year-end audits and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for financial optimisation.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
