- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
- Collaborate with departmental teams to ensure budget adherence and cost management.
- Assist with year-end audits and compliance reporting requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for financial optimisation.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
