Expanding Organisation seeks a Management Accountant to join their team based in West London. This is a hands-on Management Accountant position working closely with both the finance and leadership teams. The Management Accountant will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for producing the management accounts, month-end, and reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Month-end reporting, cash flow, and P&L.
- Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments.
- Responsible for fixed asset and reconciliations.
- Prepare general ledger journals.
- Ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations, supporting year-end statutory audits, and preparing necessary returns.
- Improve end-to-end process.
- Assist with budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Assist with working capital management.
- Business partner with stakeholders.

Requirements for the Management Accountant include:
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on and able to multitask.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Part Qualified/Qualified by experience.
- Ability to follow and implement process.
