Management Accountant (Fixed-Term Contract – FTC) – London Finance | Publicis Groupe UK
We are hiring a Management Accountant on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) to join our London Finance team and make an immediate impact. This is a clearly defined contract position, offering the opportunity to step into a hands-on role and contribute from day one. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll help deliver high-quality financial reporting, strengthen controls, and support business decisions across the organisation. What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and post month-end journals with accuracy and ownership
- Produce clear, insightful variance analysis across monthly and year-to-date performance
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure records are updated in Blackline
- Monitor and review expenses, including accruals and prepayments, supporting cost control
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles during the contract period
- Assist with audit and compliance requirements, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned to policy
- Partner with finance teams and stakeholders to improve reporting processes and outputs
Skills we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly
- Confident communicator who collaborates effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with accuracy
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Comfortable working with financial systems and adapting quickly in a new environment
- Professional and collaborative approach, with a commitment to high standards
