Are you a recently qualified ACA/ACCA who wants a broad finance role in a high-growth retail brand?

This fast-growing, international consumer business is looking for a qualified Accountant to join the team in a broad, high-visibility role supporting a Finance Manager across core financial reporting, month-end and business-critical projects.

Having recently filled a similar role, the finance team is continuing to expand off the back of the business' consistent 20% YoY revenue growth. The role will focus on UK financial reporting, month-end ownership and project-led support, while still offering exposure across the wider business. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager, support key reporting processes and partner with commercial stakeholders on a range of projects across the UK business.

The ideal candidate is either qualified with industry experience, or in audit looking for their first move into industry - you'd be working under an audit-trained Finance Manager who knows themselves about what is needed to make the transition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
