What you’ll be doing

In this busy and exciting role, you will manage the Management Accounting activities for the site, providing insightful financial analysis and accurate reporting to support decision-making across operations and commercial teams.

Role Accountabilities

  • Build a deep understanding of site cost drivers and maintain accurate costing models
  • Prepare, review and present costings for current and future product ranges, supporting NPD and EPD activity
  • Oversee accurate setup and maintenance of standard costs
  • Monitor, report and present KPIs, providing commentary and highlighting risks or opportunities
  • Support forecasting processes and alignment with key stakeholders and Group requirements
  • Deliver ad hoc modelling and analysis to support operational and commercial decisions
  • Provide financial analysis for Capex proposals, including ROI validation
  • Lead post‑capital reviews to assess project performance
  • Act as site finance lead on minor project implementations
  • Provide clear commentary on P&L movements and variances versus forecast and last year

  • Experience in a similar management accounting role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident working with data and producing insightful analysis
  • Able to work at pace and meet deadlines
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently to drive actions
  • Experience with Finance ERP systems (desirable)
  • ACCA/CIMA part‑ or fully‑qualified (desirable)
