Management Accountant
We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire (MK43 9EJ). This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, and we're seeking a confident, capable professional who can quickly integrate into the team, take ownership of the role, and make an immediate impact. (Due to the location of the office, you must drive and have access to a car)
This role combines detailed financial work with business partnering to support growth and performance across the organisation. You will also work closely with the UK/IRE Head of Management Reporting and Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver month-end close: journals, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare management packs with analysis and variance commentary
- Provide financial insights, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Partner with departments and senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and US GAAP reporting
- Assist with audits, process improvements, and finance projects

Essential
What we’re looking for:
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with relevant experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills (incl. PowerPoint)
- Experience producing and presenting management information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Due to the location of the office, you must have access to a vehicle
Desirable
- Sarbanes-Oxley and JDE experience
