This well-established hospitality company based in central London is looking to hire a Management Accountant due to growth plans. They have global presence, and the culture is fun, dynamic and inclusive. They are looking for someone that can help adding value to the finance team as well as the wider business.
Role
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring all accounts are fully supported, accurate and resolved within reporting deadlines.
- Support the month-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Support the monthly group reporting packs, including financial analysis, P&L commentary and management information.
- Coordinate intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations, settlements and elimination entries during the month-end close.
- Oversee revenue recognition across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Maintain lease accounting records and reporting in line with relevant accounting standards.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist nearing qualification).
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role within a commercial environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with a sound understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Familiarity with lease accounting and statutory audit processes is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or finance systems.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine desire to drive continuous improvement.
